Competition Period close Date & Time 11:59PM AEDST Sunday 28th October 2018 8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. 9. How to enter During the Competition Period: (a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form, which involves providing their contact details, answering a question which relates to the video on the page, and telling us in 25 words or less “about a moment when you were the best of the best at something”, within the time period specified. (b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select up to one (1) entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified. 10. Limitation on entries Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish, however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question “tell us about a moment when you were the best of the best at something?” 11. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, their creativity, humour & relevance to the question. 13: Prize Details There is one (1) prize to be won, as follows: • $10,000 cash prize a) The prize will be issued in the form of $10,000 which is to be used for a trip to Las Vegas which will be managed by the network’s preferred travel agent. b) The prize must be redeemed on return flights and accommodation in Las Vegas, Nevada. The remaining prize money will be used for experiences and spending money during the trip. c) The winner is responsible for all other expenses that exceed the $10,000 prize money. A credit card imprint may be required at check-in for all incidental charges. d) The trip to Las Vegas is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 14: Total Prize Value Valued up to $10,000.00 15: Winner Notification The winner will be notified by 11.59pm AEST on Friday 2 nd November 2018: - via telephone - via email 16: Prize Claim and Delivery e) The prize must be accepted by 11.59pm AESDT Friday 30th November 2018. f) The prize will be valid for 6 months from winner notification and the trip must be utilised by Tuesday 30th April 2019. g) The promoter or representative of the station will work together with the winner to confirm travel dates and will assist in facilitating the booking via our preferred travel agent. Failure to utilise the trip to Las Vegas by April 30th , 2019 will result in the winner forfeiting their prize altogether. 17. Special conditions By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes. The winner will be required to sign an indemnity waiver form prior to taking the trip. The winner must be willing to provide the promoter with a selection of photos of them from their trip, which may be posted on the promoter’s, or associated partners, social media pages.
