OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AUSTRALIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED AT PARTICIPATING STORES ONLY. PURCHASE REQUIRED. Employees of FIJI Water Company LLC (“Sponsor”) and each of its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and such employees’ immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this competition. Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements of the winners.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Between 12:01 a.m. Canberra Time (CT) on March 2nd, 2015 and 11:59 p.m. CT on April 13th, 2015 (“Entry Period”), visit fijiwater.com.au/triptofiji2015 and follow the directions provided therein to enter any required information, and submit.
PRIZE:
There is a total of one (1) prize to be awarded in this competition. The winner will receive a prize package for a trip to Fiji for two (2) people, which consists of: (i) two (2) roundtrip flight tickets to Fiji on Fiji Airways in economy class (flight to depart from one of the following cities: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane); (ii) four (4) night stay at Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa with (a) full buffet breakfast for two (2) adults, (b) return airport transfers for two (2) adults, (c) access to non-motorized water activities offered by the hotel, and (d) access to the hotel gym. All elements of the prize package must be redeemed on the same travel itinerary and are subject to other terms and conditions. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize package: AU$ 4,949.
