Who submit their entry at boxes provided at relevant cinemas.
Employees and their immediate families of Umbrella Entertainment Pty Ltd ABN 61 093 275 659, Executive Edge Travel & Event (ABN 3100 796 4203), Prince De Gallas , Le Meridien Nice and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 and under the age of 65 to be eligible to win the promotion.
HOW TO ENTER
The competition commences on 21st November 2013 at midnight (AEST) and concludes on 24th December 2013 at 11.00 p.m (AEST) (“the Competition Period”)
To enter the competition, entrants must complete their online (or manual) entry by answering in 25 words or less: “Where does Bettie find love in the film, On My Way.
One (1) winner will be selected from combined entries. The winner will be notified by 5pm on 6th of January 2014 via phone and in writing, via email. If the winner does not respond to contact made by 8th of January 2014 by 5pm, then the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
One entry per movie goer permitted subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per movie goer; (b) entry must be submitted by answering the promotional question in 25 words or less; and (c) entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements.
PRIZES
The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize winner MUST book travel prior to 28th February 2014 through Executive Edge Travel with the tour completed by 31 October 2014.
The prize winner will receive a flight and accommodation package to France outlined in points 4.4, 4.5, 4.6
