ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over. However, where an entrant is under 21 years of age, that entrant must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 21 years of age or over whilst taking the prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize before Tuesday 1 December, 2015.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants and their companions must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
The prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the USA, the winner may forfeit the prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.

Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined below) between 9.00am – 11.00am (AEST) on Thursday 4 June, 2015 and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion begins at 6.00am (AEST), on Saturday 23 May, 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 4.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 3 June, 2015.
ENTRY METHOD:
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age, and answering in 25 words or less the question “what do you wish you had a second chance at, and why”
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging details below.
The Judges will select the on [1] entry they deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period and award that entrant a prize.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a that Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to appear on air or be awarded a prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Selected Entrant must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded the prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from Hawaiian Airlines and/or The Royal Hawaiian, and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to Hawaiian Airlines and/or The Royal Hawaiian (including for the purposes of direct marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from Hawaiian Airlines and/or The Royal Hawaiian by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in Hawaiian Airlines and/or The Royal Hawaiian communications sent to subscribers.
PRIZES:
There is up to one (1) prize to be won, as follows:
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged [18] years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) to Honolulu, Hawaii for six (6) nights during the period Monday 8 June, 2015 to Tuesday 1 December, 2015 (inclusive), valued at up to $ (incl GST). The prize comprises of the following components:
Two (2) adult economy return airfares from Sydney International Airport, Australia
* to Honolulu, Hawaii (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
Six (6) nights minimum 3.5 star accommodation in Waikiki, Hawaii, twin share, to be shared by the winner and their companion;
Valued at up to $15,445.70
* In the event that the prize winner’s usual State of residence is Victoria, the prize winner will also receive;

No portion of a prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable.
All Prizes are subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines and Prize providers.
Visas, valid passports, spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above or as advised by the Promoter at the time of winning are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred.
The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
