How to participate: To participate in the Promotion, a customer must, during the Promotion Period, complete the online survey by using the iPads available to them during the live activity (Friday 18th October and Saturday 19th October) or using their own personal device during within the Promotion Period. This Promotion is open to Australian Citizens 18 years and above.
The total prize value is $3,000AUD.
Offer redemption: The offer is not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The offer is limited to 1 entry per person.
Variation/cancellation: Subject to state legislative requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions or cancel or suspend this promotion at its sole discretion at any time throughout this Promotion. Liability and release: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in connection with accepting or using an offer or participating in this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for defective items, lost or stolen items or misuse of any offer or goods. All participants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any offer(s) or participation in this Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify The Promoter for any breach of the above terms.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
