Win a trip to LA & walk the red carpet with your BFF! - WHO CAN ENTER? a) To be eligible to enter the Competition: i. you must be a permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand; ii. you must be between the ages of ten (10) and eighteen (18) years old at the time of submitting an Entry and you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission and consent to these Terms and Conditions (we may contact this person to confirm their agreement); and iii. you must be available to travel between Wednesday 22 April 2015 and Monday 27 April 2015 and attend the Radio Disney Music Awards in Los Angeles, USA; and iv. you must have a valid passport for six (6) months or more from the departure date in Sydney that is also valid for entry into the U.S; v. neither you nor anyone in your immediate family may be an employee of Disney or The Agency, affiliated with Disney or The Agency or connected to the Competition in any way. b) Disney may disqualify you if: i. you or your Entry do not meet any one or more of the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions; ii. your Entry includes any objectionable material or infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party; or iii. you tamper in any way with the operation of the Competition. c) Your Entry must be complete, in English and legible. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Entry is open from Tuesday 31 March 2015 at 16:59 (AEDT) and closes on Wednesday 1 April 2015 at 23:59 (AEDT) (the “Competition Period”). Entry can only be made during the Competition Period. The Competition will be drawn on Tuesday 7 April 2015 at 12:00 (AEST) (the “Draw Date”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Radio Disney Music Awards Competition (the “Competition”), entrants must: i. Watch Disney Channel on Tuesday 31 March 2015 between 17:00-17:30 (AEDT) and use the free Shazam mobile/tablet app when the “Shazam” logo appears on-screen; and then ii. click through to the Competition tab and complete and submit an entry form (the “Entry”). PRIZE: a) There will be one (1) major prize (the “Major Prize”) and one hundred (100) minor prizes (each a “Minor Prize”) (collectively, each a “Prize”) to be won during the course of the Competition as follows: The Major Prize will consist of: One (1) Radio Disney Music Awards Package for two (2) children (between the ages of ten (10) and eighteen (18) years old) and one (1) adult (over the age of eighteen (18) years old) , including: o return economy flights for two (2) children and one (1) adult from the winner’s nearest state capital city in Australia, or Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch in New Zealand to Los Angeles, USA valued at up to AU$8,970.00 RRP; o return private airport transfers for two (2) children and one (1) adult in Los Angeles valued at up to AUD $810.00; o four (4) nights’ accommodation in a 2 Queen Guest Room at JW Courtyard Marriott (901 West Olympic Boulevarde, Los Angeles, California 90015, USA) for two (2) children and one (1) adult valued at up to AU$956.00 RRP; o Passes to attend the Radio Disney Music Awards Ceremony for two (2) children and one (1) adult valued at up to AU$450.00 RRP; and o AU $800.00 spending money per person. The maximum value for the Major Prize is valued at up to AU $13,586.00 RRP.
