Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.prizeo.com/ijustine (the “Promotion Website”) during the Promotion Period and making a donation to NAPA Center Kids Foundation (the "Charity”) by following the on-screen prompts. If you donate $5 you will receive 1 entry; $10 you will receive 2 entries and the thank you e-card; $25 you will receive 5 entries and a gift of the thank you postcard designed by iJustine and the thank you e-card; $50 you will receive 10 entries, the thank you postcard, the thank you e-card and an exclusive campaign t-shirt designed by iJustine; $100 you will receive 20 entries, the thank you e-card, the thank you postcard, the exclusive campaign t-shirt, and a photo signed by iJustine (if available); $150 you will receive 15 entries, the thank you e-card, the thank you postcard, the exclusive campaign t-shirt, and a signed poster designed by iJustine (if available); $200 you will receive 40 entries, the thank you e-card, the thank you postcard, the exclusive campaign t-shirt, a signed photo, a signed poster and a limited edition hoodie designer by iJustine (if available); $200 you will receive 40 entries, the thank you e-card, the thank you postcard, the exclusive campaign t-shirt, a signed photo, a signed poster and a shout out and thank you in a vlog from iJustine (if available); $250 you will receive 50 entries, the thank you e-card, the thank you postcard, the exclusive campaign t-shirt, a signed photo, a signed poster, and a personalized video message (if available); $500 you will receive 100 entries, the thank you e-card, the thank you postcard, the exclusive campaign t-shirt, a signed photo, a signed poster, and a private Skype with iJustine (if available); or by entering your own self-selected donation amount above the foregoing amounts, you will receive the number of entries and gift as are revealed to you on the Promotion Website prior to finalizing your donation. To enter the Sweepstakes without donating to the Charity, visit the Promotion Website, print the free entry form complete the form by hand using blue or black ink. Place the card in an envelope, affix first-class postage, and send it to the applicable Sponsor address, as indicated on the free entry form. Only one entry form per envelope will be accepted. You MUST write the name of the promotion on the back of the envelope. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and does not require you to purchase anything from Sponsor, nor to make a donation to the Charity. No illegible, incomplete, forged, mechanically reproduced or altered entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
PRIZES:
In addition to the donation level gifts identified in Section 1 above, one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Winner”) and one (1) guest will win a trip to Los Angeles, California where they will get to hang out with iJustine and go on a shopping spree at the Apple Store. The winner and their guest will receive flights to LA from any where in the world (ARV: $2,000) and accommodation for two (2) nights at a hotel in LA (ARV: $600) (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Prize”) dates TBD. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the foregoing Sweepstakes Prize package description are the sole responsibility of winner, including transportation to and from the airports. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. Sponsor is not responsible if the Sweepstakes Winner does not use any event tickets on day of the applicable event. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Sweepstakes Prize is $2,600. Actual value may vary based on airfare and hotel rate fluctuations and distance between departure and destination.
Each winner of a prize or recipient of a donation gift is responsible for reporting and paying all taxes associated with his/her receipt of such prize or donation gift. Sponsor will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of Sponsor’s jurisdiction and winner’s jurisdiction. The winners will not receive the difference between the actual retail value and approximate retail value. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and not prize utility.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry. If a user under the age of eighteen (18) wins the prize, then their guest must be an adult over the age of eighteen (18) with parental consent. Regrettably, while anyone is free to make a donation to the Charity, residents of certain countries will be unable to enter in the Contest or the Sweepstakes for a variety of reasons, which include local sweepstakes and contest laws and compliance legislation. These countries/provinces are Burma/Myanmar, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Quebec, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Yemen and all African nations with the exception of South Africa. Other countries are void where prohibited. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in the Promotion. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
