WHO CAN ENTER?

Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for a Minor Prize or the Major Prize.
To be eligible for the Major Prize, entrants and their companion must be able to attend the Hollywood Bowl concert for Duran Duran in Los Angeles, United States of America (USA) on Thursday October 1, 2015.
Dates and schedules of the Major Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
To be eligible for the Major Prize, entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion begins at 10.00am (AEST) on Saturday September 5, 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 3.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday September 23, 2015.
HOW TO ENTER:
Web Entry
During the Promotion Period listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by:
(a) providing their contact details including name, age, phone number, address and current and valid email address; and
(b) answering in 25 words or less: ‘What is your all-time favourite Duran Duran song and why?’ (Answer).
Each valid entry submitted during the Promotion Period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging details below.
Major Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won, as follows:
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its
absolute and sole discretion) to Los Angeles, USA for four (4) nights from Tuesday September 29, 2015, valued at up to $5,920 (incl GST).
The Major Prize comprises of the following components:
(a) Two (2) adult return economy airfares from the capital city in the state of the winner’s ordinary address (either Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW) to Los Angeles, USA (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
(b) Four (4) nights’ minimum 4 star accommodation in Los Angeles, USA, twin share, to be shared by the winner and their companion;
(c) Two (2) x VIP tickets to the Hollywood Bowl concert for Duran Duran on Thursday October 1, 2015;
(d) All required transfers for the winner and their companion whilst in Los Angeles, USA up to a maximum value of $500 AUD.
Minor Prizes
There are up to forty (40) Minor Prizes to be won, as follows:
Each Runner Up will receive one (1) copy of Duran Duran’s CD “Paper Gods”, valued at $19.99 (RRP).
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to twenty (20) Minor Prize winners per market (up to twenty (20) Minor Prize winners from VIC and up to twenty (20) Minor Prize winners from NSW).
