Win a trip to LA to watch The Ellen DeGeneres Show! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entrants must be at least 21 years or older. Entrants must be available to take part in a trivia quiz on air at the time and date specified by the Promoter. Entrants must be able to take the Major Prize trip on the dates specified by the Promoter. Entrants must be eligible to travel to USA and must have a valid Australian passport with at least 6 months validity. Entries are restricted to residents of Australia. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Opens: Wednesday, 4 November 2015 Closes: Monday, 9 November 2015 HOW TO ENTER: To enter, entrants must: 1. Watch the new Australian Comedy film titled, Now Add Honey. Check local guides for listings. 2. During the Online Registration Period, visit the Website and follow the links/prompts to the competition entry page, to register their details and submit a response in 50 (fifty) words or less to the question “Tell us why you want to win a trip to LA and see Ellen”? (“Entry”) 3. Entries will be judged to determine a list of Contestants, who will have the chance to participate in a Now Add Honey trivia quiz at the time and date specified by the Promoter. 4. At the time of the Now Add Honey trivia quiz, the first Contestant will be asked a trivia question about the Now Add Honey film by the Promoter. If this Contestant answers correctly, they will win the Major Prize. If this Contestant answers incorrectly, the Contestant will not win any prize and will not proceed further in the Promotion. In this case, the Promoter will proceed to the next selected Contestant and ask them a trivia question about the Now Add Honey film. This is repeated until a Contestant answers the trivia question correctly and wins the Major Prize. Once the Major Prize has been won, the remaining list of Contestants who have not participated in the trivia quiz will not proceed further in the Promotion. 5. The Promoter may contact some entrants (either on air or off air) to further discuss the details of that entrant’s Entry. Any such contact is not indicative of an individual’s status in the competition and does not mean that entrant has been confirmed as a winner. An entrant will only be confirmed as a winner when expressly announced by the Promoter. PRIZE: The prize is a trip to Los Angeles, USA for the winner and 1 companion (aged 21 years or over) on dates to be specified by the Promoter, consisting of: - return economy flights between the winners nearest Australian capital city to Sydney, Australia (max value $1000 per person) - return economy flights between Sydney to Los Angeles, USA via Qantas - 5 x nights accommodation in Los Angeles in a minimum 4-star hotel (twin share – max value $2,300) - tickets to a taping of one episode of the TV show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show (at the date, time and location as specified) - AUD $1,500 spending money (for the winner only) - return transfers between the destination airport and the hotel and between the hotel and the taping of the Ellen show location (max value $300)
