To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase any of the following eligible Appletiser products (Eligible Products) in a single transaction from a Participating Outlet:
(i) Appletiser 750mL;
(ii) Red Grapetiser 750mL;
(iii) White Grapetiser 750mL;
(iv) Appletiser 275mL;
(v) Appletiser 250mL;
(vi) Red Grapetiser 275mL;
(vii) Appletiser 4 x 275mL Pack;
(viii) Red Grapetiser 4 x 275mL Pack; or
(ix) Appletiser Apple & Pomegranate 750mL Pack,
(Qualifying Transaction);
(b) visit the Appletiser Australia Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/AppletiserAU (Facebook Page) to access the “Appletiser Win a Trip to London” Facebook application (App). Eligible Entrants must have a valid Facebook account to enter via the App; or
(c) visit the mobile optimised site, www.appletiser.com.au (Promotional Website); and
(i) follow the prompts to the entry page, and input their required personal information, including: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, full address, email address and mobile number;
(ii) input the last five (5) digits of the Eligible Product barcode number found on the Eligible Product and the Participating Outlet where the Qualifying Transaction was made; and
(iii) agree to the full Terms of the Promotion,
(an Eligible Entry).
DRAW AND PRIZES
Minor Instant Win Prizes
A computer drawing system will randomly determine one (1) winning time for each day of the Promotion Period (Winning Time). The first entry, received on or after the Winning Time for that day, will be the Provisional Winner of an instant prize. If the instant prize for a particular day is not won, the prize will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw.
There will be a total of eighty four (84) instant prizes to be won (one (1) for each day of the Promotion Period). Each instant win prize is AUD $100. Individuals will receive an instant notification online stating whether they are a Provisional instant Winner. Provisional instant Winners will only be deemed instant winners, subject to verification. If a Provisional instant Winner is found not to be an Eligible Entrant, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Terms, the prize will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw. All valid entries received will be automatically placed into the Major Prize Draw.
Major Prize Draw
The Major Prize Draw will be conducted at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207 on the 5th February 2014 at 12:00pm AEDST (Major Prize Draw). The winner of the Major Prize Draw will be notified within two (2) business days of the Major Prize Draw by phone and in writing and their name will be published on the Facebook Page on the 19th February 2014.
The first Eligible Entrant with a valid Eligible Entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a trip to London, England for two (2) adults, valued at up to AUD $12,100.00 (including GST) depending on the date and point of departure, including:
(a) two (2) x return economy flights from the international airport in the Australian capital city nearest to the winner’s residence to London, including taxes and checked luggage allowance for two (2) people (up to 23kgs of checked luggage for each person);
(b) seven (7) x nights twin share accommodation in the 4 star DoubleTree by Hilton, London (Accommodation);
(c) private return transfers for two (2) adults from the airport in London to the Accommodation;
(d) breakfast daily for two (2) people;
(e) one (1) x three (3) course lunch and one (1) x bottle of Bollinger Champagne at The Ritz Restaurant for two (2) adults valued at up to AUD$500.00; and
(f) AUD $1,000 spending money for the winner only, (Major Prize).
The Major Prize winner (and his/her companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. All components of the Major Prize must be taken together in a single trip and cannot be redeemed separately.
The Major Prize dates of travel must be confirmed with the Promoter within two (2) months of the draw date.
