WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years or over and only open to persons who: (a) have not had their motor vehicle licence, or has not had their motor vehicle licence previously suspended or cancelled in the two years before 24/10/2014, for any reason. Directors, management and employees (and their immediate family) of the TAC or agencies connected with this promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion (“Eligible Entrant”). PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences on 25/10/2014 and ends at 11.59pm AEDST on 01/04/2015 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, submit an entry form including a ‘selfie’ of themselves (“Photo”) via one of the methods outlined below (“Initial Entry”). The Photo must be a profile/head shot of the entrant, must be submitted in JPG OR GIS format and must not exceed 5MB file size. (a) Online Entry – take the Photo and visit playerzero.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, valid email address, DOB, post code and telephone number), answer any questions featured on the entry form, upload their Photo and submit the fully completed entry form; or (b) Event Entry – Attend a participating Melbourne Victory home fixture or a participating Melbourne Victory event, locate the promotional stand, provide the staff at the stand all of the required information (including their full name, valid email address, DOB, post code and telephone number), answer any questions asked and have staff take their Photo. Staff will, on behalf of the individual, visit playerzero.com.au and follow the prompts to complete the entry form (based on answers provided by the entrant), upload the Photo and submit.
