PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion commences at 00.01am (AEDT) on Tuesday 03 March 2020 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on Monday 30 March 2020. 6. LOCATION OF DRAW: The prize draw will take place at Vii Loyalty, Level 8, 333 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 on Tuesday 31 March 2020 at 10.00am (AEDT). The prize will be drawn through computer generated selection. 7. NOTIFICATION OF DRAW RESULTS: The results of the draw will be published on the Dymocks website on Tuesday 07 April 2020. All eligible prize winners will be notified by email and will be asked to confirm their details are correct to claim their prize. 8. PRIZES: The national total prize pool is valued at up to $4,320.00 with one (1) individual prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. UNCLAIMED PRIZES & SECOND CHANCE DRAW: A second chance draw will occur one month after the first draw. Prizes must be claimed by winners before 01 May 2020. All prizes unclaimed as at 11:59pm (AEST) 30 April 2020 will be entered into a second chance draw which will be held on 04 May 2020 at the same time and place as the first draw. The results of the second chance draw will be notified to winners and published on 11 May 2020 in the same manner as the first draw. 12. DECISIONS ARE FINAL: The Promoter’s determination regarding the draw is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into between the Promoter and entrants.
