What is the prize and its total worth?

- The prize for this competition is an Eva-furnished home stay in Fitzroy, Melbourne, worth $2,500. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Who can enter?

- Entries are open to all members of the public who reside in the country of Australia. If the Applicant is under the age of 18, the Applicant’s parent or guardian must consent to the Applicant entering the Competition. Employees of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter the Competition.

When does it close?

- The competition closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on September 17, 2023.

How can one enter?

- To enter the Competition, participants must follow the instructions on the website at [Competition Link](https://eva.com.au/blogs/blog/ultimate-bday-giveaway) related to the Eva’s Ultimate Birthday Giveaway Promotion and undertake the relevant activity by the Entry Date. Entries must be submitted during the Competition Period, which opens on September 13, 2023, and closes on September 17, 2023.

Is there anything else to know?

- By participating in the Competition, the Applicant agrees to the Promoter publishing the outcome of the Competition (including the names of the winner/s) and taking and publishing photos, recordings, or otherwise of any Entries and / or the Applicants on its social media, website, and other media at any time. The Promoter also collects personal information in accordance with Privacy Laws.
