Terms and Conditions ("Promotion")
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
1. Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Thursday 3 March 2016. Entries close at 5:30pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 30 March 2016.
ENTRY DETAILS
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
3. Entry is open to New South Wales permanent residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Forestway Shopping Centre and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. Valid entries will be accepted by customers who spend over $30 in one transaction at a specialty store or $100 at Woolworths/Aldi and then complete an online entry form including full name, valid email address, phone number, store purchased from, purchase value and accept the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
5. An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
DRAW DETAILS
6. This is a game of chance and winners will be drawn at random from a barrel.
7. Winners will be drawn at Centre Management, Forestway Shopping Centre, Cnr Forest Way and Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086 at 12 noon (AEDT) on Thursday 31 March 2016.
8. The winner will be notified via phone and email on the same day as the draw.
9. The winner will be announced on Forestway’s website (http://www.forestway.com.au) and Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/forestwayshoppingcentre) on Thursday 31 March 2016.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE DETAILS
11. One (1) entrant will be drawn and deemed the winner of the prize.
12. A total of one (1) prize will be drawn during the promotional period.
13. Total prize pool is valued at $5,000. The winner will receive a New Caledonia Holiday during the months of June, July or August 2016 for a family of two adults and two children.
The prize is valued at $5,000 RRP and includes:
Return flights from Sydney to New Caledonia for 2 adults and 2 children
Return private airport transfers to your accommodation
5 nights’ accommodation at a 5-star hotel
5 days’ breakfasts
Comprehensive international travel insurance
Travel to and from Sydney airport is not included and will be at the winner’s expense.
14. The prize will be booked through Escape Travel, Forestway Shopping Centre by no later than 31 May 2016.
15. Any unclaimed prize by 1 June 2016 will be redrawn by The Promoter at the same place as the original draw.
16. The prize is not redeemable for cash nor is it transferrable.
17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for additional costs borne by the winner including but not limited to: spending money, food and beverages, or other associated travel costs to redeem the prize.
GENERAL
18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database
and the entrants’ names and email addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
19. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
20. By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant participating in the competition. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.

23. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may:
Use this information in any media for future marketing and publicity purposes, including for the purposes of conducting trade promotions and to announce the winning entrant and without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
Contact the entrant with regular communications from the Centre or it's retailers for the purpose of informing the entrant of any future promotions, specials, events or news.
All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Agent (CBRE) acting on behalf of the Promoter, but remain the property of ARE FORESTWAY TRUST.
