HOW TO ENTER: Each Eligible Entrant receives one entry by submitting their details and accepting the terms and conditions on any one of the entry pages for the Promotion during the Promotion Period, located at http://www.hawks.com.au (“Entry Pages”) PRIZE: The prize awarded to the winner of the Promotion is: (a) 2 return economy airfares departing Australia to New York City, inclusive of compulsory fees, taxes and charges. The Promoter will not be responsible for additional expenses including but not limited to travel insurance, changes to return flights and dates, additional baggage charges, tariffs etc. Passport and Visa requirements and costs are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is required to travel return from their closest capital city. The winner will depart Australia between the dates of 21/03/2016 and to the same city of departure departing New York City on 28/03/2016 (b) 2 tickets to an NBA game at Maddison Sqaure Garden (c) 7 nights’ accommodation in New York City for 2 people (Twin Room). The Promoter will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred in connection with the accommodation. (e) return airport transfers for 2 people two ways between JFK International Airport and the accommodation. (f) AUD$1,000 spending money. The prize outlined above must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferrable. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, there will be a re-draw.
