Win a trip to Rally Mexico 2015! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (Eligible Entrants) with a valid passport. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion starts at 9:00am (AEDST) on 06/10/2014 and ends at 5:00pm (AEDST) on 02/11/2014 (Promotion Period). The draw to determine the winner will take place on 03/11/2014 at MarkMade Pty Ltd, 31 Kurilpa St, West End, QLD 4101 at 3.00pm AEDST. It is a requirement that all prize winners are notified in writing. The winner will be notified in writing and also by telephone. The winner’s name and locality will be published on the ARC Facebook page from 07/11/2014. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. PRIZES: The first valid and eligible entry drawn from all entries received will be deemed the major winner and will receive a trip to the 2015 Rally Mexico (FIA World Rally Championship currently scheduled to be held in Leon, Mexico from 6-8 March 2015) to the value of $7,500 including $5,000 worth of flights, $1,500 worth of accommodation (3 star or more) and AUD$1,000 spending money. The Prize details are as follows: a. Flight and accommodation vouchers are only valid in conjunction to travel to the 2015 Rally Mexico. If the 2015 Rally Mexico does not proceed the travel is no longer valid. b. Spending money will be provided as via Visa Prepaid Cards. c. Travel to and from Australia is limited to major capital cities. d. Flights & accommodation for 2 people. Airline and accommodation provided is at the discretion of the Promoter. e. Accommodation is based on twin share, 3 Star or better, in Mexico, located near the Rally Mexico event venue. f. Prize does not include transfers to airport or to hotel or to even, passport or any taxes associated with the travel including any visas. 10. Minor Runner-Up Prizes: 4 people shall each win a prize pack consisting of: a. 1 x $100 Cash from Coates Hire, provided as a bank cheque; b. 1 x $100 Pedders Suspension Gift Voucher; c. 1 x ARMOR ALL Gift Bucket valued at $50; d. 1 x Kumho Tyres merchandise pack valued at $50; e. 1 x ECB ARC cap signed by Rally Driver Chris Atkinson valued at $50; and Each Minor Prize pack is valued at $350 with the total Minor Prize valued at $1,400. Total maximum overall Prize value is $8,900. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
