Competition Terms and Conditions (Game of Skill) Schedule to Terms of Entry This Schedule together with the Terms of Entry constitute the Competition Terms of Entry for the Promotion. Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at: 6.00am [AEST], on Monday 2 July, 2018 Entry into the Promotion closes at: 6.00pm [AEST], on Sunday 12 August, 2018 5. Eligible States and Territories Clause 2 NSW VIC QLD WA SA NT ACT 6. Age Restriction Clause 2 Entrants and any companion must be: 18 years of age or over. 7. Maximum Number of Entries Clause 3 Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion. 8. Entry Method Clause 3 During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website [http://www.smoothfestivalofchocolate.com.au]and fully complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question “who would you like to indulge with at the smooth Festival of Chocolate and why?”. Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria. 9. Entry Restrictions Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number) and grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number. Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the Prize: 10.00am – 11.30am (AEST) on Monday 13 August, 2018. 10. Judging Clause 4 All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5.00pm [AEST] on Monday 13 August, 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. Competition Terms and Conditions Terms of Entry 1 Schedule and Terms of Entry (a) These Terms of Entry must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. Prize Clauses 8 - 15 There is one (1) prize to be won as follows: The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize to The smooth Festival of Chocolate, from Friday 31 August, 2018 to Sunday 1 September, 2018, for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its discretion), valued at up to $2,100 (incl GST). The prize comprises of the following components: ? two (2) adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest Capital City in their State of usual residence to Sydney, NSW (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges); ? two [2] nights minimum 3.5 star accommodation in a hotel to be determined and specified by the Promoter, twin share, to be shared by the winner and their companion; ? return transfers for the winner and their companion from the destination airport to their destination accommodation; ? Prize Restrictions Clauses 8 - 15 Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Prize on Friday 31 August, 2018 to Sunday 1 September, 2018. Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
