This competition is conducted by Flight Centre Travel Group Limited ACN 003 377 188 of 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101 (Promoter). By participating in the Tasmania Campaign Competition (Promotion) you (Entrant) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you cannot participate in the Promotion or be eligible for any prizes offered in the Promotion.
EligibilityEntry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the Promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, franchisees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter the Promotion.
Duration of Promotion PeriodEntries into the Promotion will open at 00:01 AEST on Thursday 10 June 21 and will continue until 23:59 AEST on Wednesday 30 June 2021 ("Promotion Period"). Following the Promotion Period the following judging period will be completed in the following manner:Longlisting (selection of the top 15 entries): 12 July 2021 at 12:00 AEST.Shortlisting (selection of judges’ top 5 entries): 15 July 2021 at 12:00 AEST.Judging: 19 July 2021 at 15:00 AEST.Prize announcement: 20 July 2021 at 16:00 AESTHow to EnterEligible Entrants may enter only once.To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must successfully;Visit the web page www.flightcentre.com.au/deals/tasmania-competition and fill out the mandatory(*) details in the entry form supplied; andDescribe in poem form, using 25 words or less, your ultimate Tasmanian winter experience. Entries must be original works written by the Entrants.Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid.Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.There is no fee associated with entering the Promotion. Any other costs associated with accessing the Promotion are the responsibility of each Entrant.Selection of Prize Winner and JudgingThere will be one (1) Prize Winner.The winner will be selected on 16:00 AEST on 20 July 2021 by a judging panel consisting of 3 judges and will be announced on the date specified in clause 4. The Prize Winner will be notified via email or phone call on the business day of the prize announcement.

The Promotion is a game of skill and chance will not play any role in determining the shortlisted finalists or the winners of the prizes. The Judging Panel’s decision is also final. Each entry will be judged based on the Judging Criteria set out on the Promoter’s website at www.flightcentre.com.au/deals/tasmania-competition
The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize.The Prize Winner will have until 16:00 AEST on Monday, 26 July 2021 to claim the Prize.If any Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winner by 16:00 AEST on Monday, 26 July 2021 ("the Unclaimed Prize"), the Promoter will award the Unclaimed Prize to the runner up Entrant who will be notified on this same date.Prize DetailsThere is one (1) single prize valued at $3,995 consisting of the following:

The Flight Centre Gift Card may be redeemed towards a Tasmania holiday, and is only redeemable with Flight Centre Australia. It will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
The accommodation component of the prize is subject to availability and must be booked as two (2) consecutive nights. The prize is valid for stays between the Prize Announcement date and 30 September 21. The prize excludes accommodation on Saturday nights. Reserving the Sanctuary experience is essential as space is very limited. It is recommended that reservations be made in advance. No refunds or compensation will be given if part of the prize is unable to be redeemed during the chosen dates.
Josef Chromy Go Behind The Label experience must be redeemed prior to 30 September 21. Availability is limited and it is the responsibility of the Prize Winner to make arrangements directly with Josef Chromy prior to arrival. The Prize Winner must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Prize and redemption of the Prize is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited (available at www.flightcentre.com.au) and, if applicable, the airline’s conditions of carriage.
The Prize Winner will be responsible for payment of any amount in excess of the Prize value. Once a Prize has been booked, full amendment and cancellation fees apply to the Prize Winner as per the standard booking terms and conditions of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited (available at www.flightcentre.com.au) and if applicable the airline’s conditions of carriage. The Prize does not include transfers, visas, travel insurance, pre/post accommodation, spending money, excess baggage, excursions/tours, optional activities, freight tipping, extension of stay, additional passengers, passports, visas or any other items not specified in the Prize details. Any passes, tickets or vouchers issued as part of the Prize are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use and any tickets, passes or vouchers are only valid for use within the stated duration on the passes or tickets issued or the duration of the chosen Prize, whichever is earlier. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority. MediaAll Prize Winners agree to participate in media activities requested by the Promoter in the Promoter’s discretion.Intellectual Property and personal informationBy entering the Promotion the Entrant authorises to subscribe their personal information including their email address and phone number to the Promoter.The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this promotion and to contact the Prize Winner (or, if applicable, the winner of an Unclaimed Prize Draw). GeneralThe Prize Winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence, image and social media name or handle for promotional and marketing purposes. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter's negligence. If requested by the Promoter, the Prize Winner(s), and his or her guests, must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a Prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the Prize being forfeited and the selection of another Prize Winner.The above conditions do not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
