Who can enter the CUB Pty Ltd giveaway?
Australian residents aged 18 or over who are able to take the prize in Queensland on the dates advised by the Promoter.
Who cannot enter?
Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies, companies, or participating premises associated with the competition.
When does the giveaway close?
The competition period is from 12:01 AM AEDT on 1st February 2024 to 11:59 PM AEDT on 28th February 2024.
How can one enter?
To enter, make a Qualifying Purchase of any 4, 6, 16, or 24 pack of Balter from a participating Dan Murphy’s outlet, visit the website, fill out and submit the online entry form with an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and other requested information.
What are the prizes?
There are 5 prizes: 4 minor prizes and 1 major prize. Each minor prize is a merch pack valued at $100, including a cap, t-shirt, and insulated tinnie cooler. The major prize is a trip to the Gold Coast, Queensland valued at $29,950, including return economy airfares for four adults, 2 nights’ accommodation, meals, private brewery tour, food and drink at Balter Brewing, and a $100 merch pack per person.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at $30,350.
How many times can one enter?
There is no limit on the number of entries, provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winners be informed?
The major prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two business days of determination, with their name published on the website on 5th March 2024. Minor prize winners will be notified in writing within two business days of determination.
What happens with unclaimed prizes?
If a prize is unclaimed by 5 PM AEDT on 4th April 2024, an unclaimed prize determination will be made at 12 PM AEDT on 5th April 2024. Winners from this determination will be notified by phone and in writing, with major prize winner’s details published on the website on 10th April 2024.
