How to Enter
This Competition is a game of chance.
To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must, within the Promotional Period, log on to
www.thehotelclubgiveaway.com.au, complete the entry form and submit their entry.
An entry must not be late, incomplete, incomprehensible, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, capable of violating any law and/or capable of giving rise to civil liability.
There is/is no limit on how many times each entrant can enter the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant if the Promoter, in its reasonable opinion, believes the entrant has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The first eligible entry drawn will receive the winner's choice of one of the following prize options
a. 3 nights for two (2) adults - 5-star luxury stay in an Australian city of your choice valued at up to AUD$4,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes: return economy flights for two (2) from the winner's nearest Australian capital city (flight associated taxes are included); return airport transfers and 5-star accommodation with breakfast;
