Win a trip to the Quiksilver Pro in France! - WHO CAN ENTER? Any individual 13 years of age or older is eligible to participate in Quiksilver and Roxy’s, Win a Trip to the Quiksilver and Roxy Pro France Contest (the “Contest”). Employees, officers, principals, directors or agents of Quiksilver, Inc. (“Quiksilver”) it subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”), and members of their households or immediate families, are not eligible to participate. HOW TO ENTER: Each entrant must register and complete the online entry form at www.quiksilver.com/win or www.roxy.com/win and submit to Sponsor an explanation as to why entrant would like to attend the Quiksilver and Roxy Pro France (the “Story”). The Story cannot exceed fifty words in length. The online entry form must be submitted between 5 p.m. PST on March 11, 2016 (“Contest Open Time”) and 11:59 p.m. PST on June 15, 2016 (“Contest Close Time”).   PRIZE: One (1) winner will be chosen by Sponsor. The entrant with the most original and creative Story shall be selected by Sponsor as the winner. The winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Quiksilver and Roxy Pro France in and around Hossegor, France from October 4, 2016 to October 15, 2016, including: (a) round trip airfare (class: coach) for winner and one (1) guest, (b) accommodations (single room, double occupancy) for six (6) nights, (c) seventy dollars ($70 USD) per day, and (d) VIP access to the Quiksilver and Roxy Pro France event. The prize has an approximate retail value of $5,000 USD. All prizes are “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes will be made or is permitted.
