This is the set of rules and guidelines for participating in the Win Your Way to the US Open Sweepstakes. The sweepstakes is sponsored by South East Melbourne Phoenix and is open to all individuals worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of South East Melbourne Phoenix, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
To enter, participants must sign up at https://gleam.io/ZkFE9/win-flights-and-tickets-to-the-us-open during the Entry Period, which begins on 31 January 2023 at 12:00 AM AEDT and ends on 01 August 2023 at 11:59 PM AEST. Participants must provide all required information and adhere to the rules and specifications of the Sweepstakes. Participants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If participants use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, their submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will receive Flights, Accommodation, US Open tickets, and spending money, with an approximate retail value of 16,000 USD. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, participants agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
