Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Proof of residency and age may be required. The promoter is Travellers Choice, ABN 59 138 565 067, of Ground Floor 130 Royal Street East Perth WA 6004, telephone (08) 9223 6500. Employees, immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. To enter individuals must visit www.travellerschoice.com.au/discover, follow the prompts as directed on the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form. One entry per email address. The competition commences at 00:01 WST on 12 July 2016 and closes at 23:59 WST on 30 September 2016. One winner will be decided by way of a draw, which will take place at 11:00 WST on 10 October 2016 at Travellers Choice Ltd Ground Floor 130 Royal Street East Perth WA 6004. The winner will be notified no later than 13 October 2016 to the email address/phone number supplied at the time of entry and their names announced on the Travellers Choice website by 13 October 2016. The winner will receive a 12-day Western Wonders tour with Cosmos for two people departing in 2017 and return economy class airfares including airline taxes for two adults from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city, airline will be determined by Travellers Choice and based on the best fare available at time of booking. Prize must be booked through Travellers Choice or a Travellers Choice member agent. Total prize valued at AU$8,000. Expenses beyond the prize value such as visa fees, transfers not included, optional extras, meals not included, personal purchases and travel insurance are not covered as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is essential. Travellers Choice reserves the right to alter any components of the prize, or offer an alternative prize at similar or lower value due to unavailability, but not exceed the prize value stipulated above. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the winner and their associates taking the prize. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unclaimed by 17:00 WST on 13 January 2017, a redraw will take place at 10:00 WST on 16 January 2017 at Travellers Choice Ltd Ground Floor 130 Royal Street East Perth WA 6004. The first entrant drawn during the redraw will win, they will be notified no later than 19 January 2017 to the email address/phone number supplied at the time of booking and their names announced on the Travellers Choice website www.travellerschoice.com.au by 19 January 2017.
