TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WELLCAMPAIRPORT WIN A TRIP TO VIVID COMPETITION
1. Terms and Conditions of Entry – Participating in this competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promoter – The Promoter is Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport
3. Eligibility – entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18.
4. Competition Period – the competition opens at 10am on 17 May 2017 and closes at 5pm on 25 May 17.
5. Competition Prize – The prize includes 2 return flights to Sydney from Wellcamp Airport and 2 nights’
accommodation valid for departure on the 9th June 2017, returning on the 11th June 2017 (the last full weekend of the Vivid Live festival) as nominated by the promotor. Prizes are non‐exchangeable, non‐ transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Flights provided by QantasLink and valid for travel between Brisbane West Wellcamp and Sydney only. Passengers must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Qantas Points cannot be accrued. Travel Insurance not included. QantasLink will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
6. How to Enter – To enter, participants must subscribe to the Wellcamp Airport e‐newsletter by following the link in the “Win a trip to Vivid” Facebook post. Entries must be received within the Competition Period. Participants can only submit one entry. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
7. Prize Draw – the Prize draw will take place at 11am on 26 May 2017. The winner will be notified by email and will have until the 31 May 2017 to claim their prize. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw or result. The Promoter reserves the right, but is not obliged to, to publish the winner on its website and in any marketing material for the Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport.
8. Prize Collection – The prize must be redeemed by replaying to the email with full details of the travellers by the 31 Mat 2017. If the Prize has not been collected by this date, or the Prize winner is not able to be contacted prior to this date, then another Prize Draw will be conducted to determine the Prize winner.
9. Promoter’s Limitation on Liability – to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any claims, losses, costs, damages, injuries or expenses suffered or sustained by any person and including, but not limited to consequential or indirect loss, by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, or as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Competition or acceptance or use of any Prize.
10. Collection of Personal Information and Privacy – The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may use and disclose such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy can be viewed at http://www.wellcamp.com.au/privacy‐policy.aspx. If a participant agrees to receiving further communications and correspondence from the Promoter, the Promoter may use the participant’s names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant.
