WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Entries open on 27/07/2016 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 24/08/2016 (“Entry Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must take (either prior to or during the Entry Period) an original and creative photograph of their nose (“Photo”). The Photo can either be a close-up of just the entrant’s nose, or can include the entrant’s entire face.
To enter, individuals must then complete one (1) of the following entry methods during the Entry Period:
a) Facebook Entry: visit the Great Southern Truffles Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/GreatSouthernTruffles/, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page/widget, input the requested personal details (including their full name and a valid email address), upload their Photo, and submit the fully completed entry form; OR
b) Instagram Entry: upload the Photo to their Instagram account including the hashtag “#TruffleNose2016” in the caption field; OR
c) Twitter Entry: upload the Photo to their Twitter account including the tag “@GSTruffles”in the caption field.
The public profile of the Instagram or Twitter account used to enter must contain sufficient personally identifiable information to adequately identify the entrant. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Photo and any other content submitted in their entry is an original creative work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Once individuals have submitted a Photo, they will have their Photo uploaded onto the Great Southern Truffles Facebook Page for public viewing and voting. All Photos will be reviewed by the Promoter for compliance with these Terms and Conditions prior to being uploaded. Photos that contain prohibited or inappropriate content, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, as determined by the Promoter, may, at the discretion of the Promoter, not be published or removed from the Great Southern Truffles Facebook Page at any time. In addition, any entrant that submits such content will not be eligible to win.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
PRIZE:
The best valid Finalist entry, as determined by the judges, will be the winner (“Winner”), and will win a trip for two (2) adults to Perth, WA valued at up to $5,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
• either: (a) return economy airfares from Winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Perth (if the Winner resides outside WA); or (b) return economy airfares from the Winner’s nearest regional airport to Perth (if the Winner resides in WA – only provided if Winner’s nearest regional airport isn’t Perth). If the Winner is from WA and their nearest region airport is Perth,then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash;
• three (3) nights twin share accommodation, with two (2) nights at The Richardson in Perth, and one (1) night at a hotel in South-West WA (exact hotel determined by the Promoter);
• three (3) dinners on a set menu;
• a tour of the Great Southern Truffles Farm, including a lesson in ‘Truffle Grading’ and a ‘Truffle Hunt’;
• return transfers from the airport to the accommodation, between accommodation locations, and to/from the Great Southern Truffles Farm.
