1. The competition commences at 5pm (AEST) on 29/08/2022 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 04/09/2022 (Competition Period). Winners will be decided on 05/09/2022 at Winning Appliances, Level 2, 20A Danks St, Redfern NSW.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents in all States and Territories of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of Winning Appliances are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
3. Information on the offer and how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their name on the Winning Appliances Website and in the email newsletter, should they be declared the winner.
7. Winning Appliances is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Winning Appliances is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
8. The Competition is a game of chance and skill has no effect on the overall result.
9. There is 1 (one) winner, which may be subject to change. Winning Appliances’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize winner will be notified by Winning Appliances by 06/09/2022 via a Winning Appliances representative. It is the Entrants’ responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of each Prize. If the winner does not contact Winning Appliances by phone or via Instagram Direct Message by 2pm on 08/09/22 advising that they are a prizewinner, they will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected and notified.
11. Winning Appliances reserves the right to select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original winner.
12. The prize will consist of (1) Delonghi Eletta Explore Automatic Coffee Machine ECAM45055G and (1) Bernard 160 Bathrobe - Missoni Home. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. If the prize is not claimed by 2pm on 08/09/2022, another Winner will be decided at Winning Appliances, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW.
14. The winner acknowledges that: (1) the prize will not be delivered on or before Father’s Day 4 September 2022; and (2) that delivery of the prize may be impacted by possible delays depending on the location of the winner’s nominated delivery address.
15. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Winning Appliances relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
16. All decisions of Winning Appliances are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
17. Winning Appliances reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Winning Appliances to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. Winning Appliances reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
19. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any provision of relevant legislation including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Winning Appliances (including its Related Bodies Corporate, their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Winning Appliances’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered,damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Winning Appliances; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) acceptance or use of a prize.
21. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Winning Appliances. Winning Appliances collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition and opting in at the point of registration, each entrant agrees that Winning Appliances may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that Winning Appliances may publish or
cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation.
22. All entries must be submitted in accordance with all relevant laws, including that the entrant warrants that they own copyright in the entry, or have relevant consents or licences to use the copyright material from the rightful owner.
