WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to all residents of Australia who visit a Timezone in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia who fulfil the requirements set out below.
Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, Permitz Group Pty Ltd and associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is Timezone Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 66 139 695 757) of 31 Lake St, Northbridge WA 6003 (‘Promoter’).
Any entrant who is under the age of 18, as of the date of entry, must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify their consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release may also require the entrant’s parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the entrant. The release must be completed with the full name, address and telephone number of the entrant’s parent or guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the entrant’s entitlement to any prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.

HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants, subject to clause 9, may enter the competition by:
Spending $30 or more in one transaction during the Promotional Period (defined below) (‘Eligible Purchase’) to receive a scratchie for a chance to win instant win prizes during the Promotional Period and by retaining their receipt showing the date and time of purchase; and then by
Completing a Major Prize draw entry form available in store to enter the Major Prize Draw. Only one Major Prize draw entry will be accepted per Eligible Purchase however, if the entrant is awarded, via the scratchie, a double entry to the Major Prize draw they must also attach a copy of the scratchie to one of their two entry forms.
Entrants who refund or return the purchase used to meet the Eligible Purchase requirement, will not be entitled to any prize and if they are awarded a prize must return it to the Promoter.
Entries must include all requested contact details in their Major Prize entry, including a valid email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences 21/03/2016 at 09:00 AEDT and closes 16/05/2016 at 23:59 AEST (“Promotional Period”). Entries and instant win claims must be lodged with the Timezone at and on the same day that the scratchie was issued.
MAJOR PRIZE:
One Major Prize winner will receive $11,000 awarded as an allowance to be used towards Family Theme park Adventure in Orlando Florida purchased from Flight Centre, St Clair, NSW.
PLUS $500 spending money.
Travel only valid for use to/ from capital cities.
If value of travel that the winner wishes to take exceeds $11,000, the winner will need to pay the difference.
Major prize is for use by up to 4 adults only, any additional travellers will need to be at their own expense.
