1. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoters are CDB Goldair Australia PTY Ltd, Ground Floor, 7 English Street, Essendon Fields, VIC 3041, Australia, ABN 50 162 661 323, ph: +613 9365 5100.
2. The Promotion commences at 10:00am AEDT on Monday 3 April 2017 and closes at 4:00pm AEDT on Friday 28 April 2017 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit the NutriBullet Australia Facebook Page www.facebook.com/NutriBulletAUS, then comment on the competition post answering the competition question: 'Tell us which function you’re most excited about — spiralise, shred or slice — and tag another mum who’d like one too!' A Facebook friend must be tagged for a valid entry. This comment must be submitted so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
5. Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoters are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
7. The total Prize Pool is valued at AUD $2,000. There are four (4) Prizes in total – each prize is valued at AUD $500.00. Each prize contains 2 x NutriBullet Veggie Bullets (RRP AUD $250.00 each) (1 product for drawn winner plus 1 product for their 1 tagged friend). There will be 4 x Prize Draws throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of prizes after the promotion has ended.
8. The four (4) Prize Draws will be conducted weekly each Friday during the Promotion Period at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Prize winners will be the first valid Entry drawn each week. The Draw Dates and times are listed below.

9. Each Prize Winner will be notified by Facebook within one (1) business days of each Prize Draw, and have their name will be published on the NutriBullet Australia Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/NutriBulletAUS), at 16:15pm AEDT on the above draw dates. Winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
10. If any of the Daily Prizes are unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date (28/07/17), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoters may conduct a further draw on 28 July 2017 at the same time and location as the Weekly Prize Draws, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by Facebook within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, their have names will be published on the NutriBullet Australia Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/NutriBulletAUS) on 30 July 2017.
11. By entering this Promotion and submitting content you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content.
12. The Promoters reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
13. The Promoters’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter´s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of a prize.
16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoters or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoters reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
17. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoters for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoters may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.
18. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to The Promoters and not to Facebook.
19. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoters need to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Promoters’ database. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Promoters’ Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoters. All personal details of Australian entrants will be stored at the office of the CDB Goldair Australia PTY Ltd. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. 20. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree and consent to the Promoters:
i. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
ii. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
iii. using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
