Win a Vending Machine and Craft Beer - The promoter of the competition is Wilroll Pty Ltd, trading as Craft Cartel Liquor. This competition is only valid for those living in Australia. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. Employees of Craft Cartel, their family members, or anyone connected in any way with the competition in any capacity are ineligible to enter. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition. The competition is held from Monday April 12th to Sunday July 4th No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received on or before this date The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Vending machine will be delivered to the winner and will reside at the nominated residence. 10 x welcome packs including a t-shirt, glass and 5 x 375ml cans of beer will be delivered with the vending machine. A representative of Craft Cartel will contact the winner to agree on the t-shirt sizes. Winner will be given access to Craft Cartel's concierge service for a period of 12 months and all benefits associated with this service. 4 x $1,000 vouchers to be used on the Craft Cartel website, each being delivered electronically. The first voucher will be delivered no more than 5 days after the announcement of the winner. Subsequent vouchers will be provided on 3 monthly intervals on the anniversary of the first voucher. Customers will be automatically subscribed to Craft Cartel's newsletter, however they may unsubscribe at any time. The winner will be randomly selected by computer. The competition will be drawn on Monday July 5, 2021at 2pm. The winner will be announced Tuesday July 6, 2021 at 2pm The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize after 3 months from notification, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize. The promoter will deliver the prize in a timely manner. Timeframes for delivery of prizes will vary depending on the location of the winner. Craft Cartel's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
