Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and veterinary clinics and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences on 01/12/14 and final entries close at 9am AEDST on 03/03/15 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
Purchase any Revolution product from an Australian retail store (or online version of the store) or veterinary clinic which sells the product; and then
Visit www.revolution.com.au/vet4life, follow the prompts to the competition entry form, input the requested details (including if the purchase was made via an Australian retail store (or online version of the store) or veterinary clinic) and submit the entry form.
In order to be eligible, all purchases must be made between 01/12/14 and 9am AEDST on 03/03/15.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win up to $10,000 (including all taxes) to put towards veterinary bills for their dog or cat. The Promoter will put a maximum of $1,000 (including all taxes) per calendar year towards veterinary bills for the winner’s dog or cat during the dog or cat’s lifetime. Only $1,000 will be available each year for veterinary expenses and anything over that amount will need to be met by the winner.
