General The prize draw is organised by Victorinox AG, 6438 Ibach-Schwyz. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge and possible via victorinox.com. There is no obligation to make a purchase. All capable persons who are over the age of 18 at the time of participating are entitled to enter the prize draw. Participation per person is limited to once. The public voting of the Classic Limited Edition 2017 will take place from 07.11.2016 to 23.11.2016. The main prize will be awarded at the end of the public voting. Participants must register with their personal email address to be notified of a possible win at a later stage. Participants register directly on the prize draw platform. Each participant can select one of 35 knife designs, thereby increasing their chances of winning the main prize. The winner shall be picked by draw. The participation terms are available in 2 languages (German, English). The German version shall prevail in the event of any linguistic discrepancies or questions on how the text is to be interpreted. If a participant does not or does not fully understand the language of the participation terms, we recommend refraining from participating. Victorinox AG shall be entitled to exclude individual participants from the prize draw if there are justifiable reasons for doing so (e.g. breach of the participation terms, influencing the prize draw through manipulation etc.). Victorinox AG shall also be entitled to stop, change or interrupt the prize draw at any time. This especially applies to any circumstances that may interfere with or impede the planned course of the prize draw. Victorinox AG cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to this prize draw. Victorinox AG shall not be liable for any technical problems or difficulties in accessing the prize draw. Privacy policy Personal data will be collected from all participants when entering the prize draw. All data provided to us in connection with this prize draw shall be treated as confidential in accordance with the provisions of Swiss data protection law and shall not be passed on to third parties. 4. Prizes There is one main prize at the end of the prize draw. The product to be won will be revealed on the social media by Victorinox as well as on the draw platform victorinox.com. The main prize to be won at the end of the prize draw is a Victorinox Swiss Army I.N.O.X. Titanium Watch, bracelet color orange, worth CHF 585.–. The main prize will be awarded on 24.11.2016. 5. Notification of win All winners will be announced on the prize draw platform as well as online on social media by Victorinox, stating their first name and home country. If it is not possible to notify the winner due to the provision of incorrect or missing contact details when entering the prize draw, or if the winner does not contact Victorinox AG within 30 days, an other winner shall be picked by draw. The prize shall be sent to the winner at the given address. 6. Exclusion of liability The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. Victorinox AG shall be excluded from all liability to the extent permitted by law. The laws of Switzerland apply exclusively. No correspondence shall be kept about the prize draw. Recourse to legal action is excluded.
