The Viking ‘Viking Homelands’ Cruise Promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years and older. Employees of Viking River Cruises and their immediate families, as well as travel agents and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 14 August 2024.

To enter, participants must log on to the competition entry page and submit their entry within the promotional period. Each entrant is limited to one entry per eligible email address. The entry must include an answer featuring a destination in Scandinavia, highlighting something cultural, historical, architectural, culinary, or natural.

A 15-day "Viking Homelands" cruise for two people, departing from Stockholm on 21 September 2025. The winner will be selected based on the creative merit of their entry and notified by phone and email. The winner will be announced on 14 September 2024. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize is unclaimed by 14 December 2024, a second-chance draw will be held. The winner is responsible for any travel or entry documentation, including passports, visas, and any COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Flights and airport transfers are not included in the prize. The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with a prize of equal value at the promoter's discretion.
