Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Each entrant may only enter once. Multiple entries are not permitted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter and not at the time of sending by the entrant. PRIZE 7. Five (5) valid entry that is judged to be the best out of all the entries submitted will be awarded the Prize of a Vileda SuperMocio Mop and Bucket Set, to the value of $36 RRP each, total RRP $180. 8. The prize winner will be notified by email by close of business on 13 May 2014. 9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant?s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and who tampers with or manipulates the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter?s discretion. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases may be disqualified. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering with or manipulation of the entry process or conduct of the promotion, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, as appropriate. 13. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant?s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated voting software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a user to automatically vote or vote repeatedly in excess of the stipulated daily voting allowance is prohibited and will render all votes submitted by that entrant invalid. 14. If an entry is deemed by the Promoter not to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the entry will be discarded and the entrant will not receive a communication in this regard. As a condition of entry, each entrant consents to the Promoter using their full name, photo and entry on product packaging and in promotional material in any medium throughout the world without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. 16. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any loss or injury resulting from taking the prize, by the winner or their friends. 17. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for a prize of equal or higher value and/or specifications, as determined by the Promoter. 18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter?s control); (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (including but not limited to entrant error or omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption or communications failure); or (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant.
