These are the terms and conditions (Terms), including the conditions of entry, which apply to the trade promotion (Promotion) being conducted by Cinori Shoes Pty Ltd ABN 58 075 876 425 (trading as Midas Shoes). Midas Shoes is a subsidiary of Munro Footwear Group Pty Ltd (ACN 614 250 501).
By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts these Terms and agrees that the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with, and the entrants’ rights will be governed by these terms.
The Promotion commences at 09:00am AEST Saturday 15th September 2018 and closes at 23:59pm AEST Sunday 23rd September 2018 (Promotion Period). Entries will not be valid unless made during the Promotion Period.
Entry is free and is open to residents of Australia, who enter the Promotion in accordance with the conditions of entry below. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Employees of Munro Footwear Group (and associated companies) and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. By entering the promotion, Entrants agree to being subscribed to the Midas Shoes database using the email provided in their entry form. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time, by contacting Midas Shoes customer service or by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of all email communications.
To enter, entrants must visit www.midasshoes.com.au and complete the entry form by stating their first and last name, email address and by stating what their favorite pair of shoes is and why, within the Promotion Period.
There will be 1 prize (1 winner). The prize pool is valued at up to $6,160 AUD and comprising;

• Return economy flights from the winners nearest capital city to Sydney for the winner and one guest


• Private return airport / hotel transfers in Sydney


• 2 nights’ accommodation in Sydney at a minimum 4-star hotel


• High Tea and a cocktail at the Queen Victoria Building


• David Jones personal shopping experience (including goods up to $1,000 in value)


• Midas shoe fitting and complimentary pair of shoes at our Piccadilly Boutique for the winner and their guest ($500 total value, shared between two people)

The following conditions are applicable to the prize:

• Package is based on 2 people sharing a room.


• MIDAS shoe fitting and complimentary pair of shoes for winner & their guest to a maximum value of $500 total to be redeemed at Midas Piccadilly and in one single transaction. If winner or winner’s guest is male this part of the prize is still available and can be swapped for an online Midas voucher.


• Dates of travel must be confirmed within 45 days of notification of winning prize.


• All elements of the prize including flights, accommodation and experiences are subject to availability at time of booking. There is no cash alternative. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.


• Not to be taken over Australian Public or National holiday periods.


• Not valid between 14 December 2018 to 14 January 2019.


• Travel must be completed within 6 months of winner notification of prize.


• Winner will be required to produce credit card upon check in to hotel for incidentals. This is mandatory.


• One winner must be over 18 years of age. If the winner is under 18 years of age then guest must be his/her guardian.


• Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.


• Airline tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods.


• Individual supplier terms and conditions apply.


• Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.


• Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.


• Any changes to the prize package made by the winner will be subject to a $250 excluding GST administration fee.

The following are not included as part of the prize: all other out of pocket expenses including additional meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, additional accommodation due to flight schedule changes, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly listed as provided in the prize detail above. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion.
The winner of the prize must take the prize as described and on the conditions stated in these Terms, and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
To redeem the prize, the winners must contact Midas Shoes with their relevant contact details to organize the prize.
Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes) reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms.
The prize draw will take place at Munro Footwear Group head office at 32 Gipps St, Collingwood at 12.00pm AEST on Wednesday 26th September 2018. Entrants to the prize are not required to be present at the draw to win the prize. The winner will be drawn based on the most creative answer provided.
The prize winner will be announced on both the Midas Shoes Facebook and Instagram pages, on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at 12pm AEST. The winner will then be contacted via the email address supplied on the entry form.
The prize winner will need to respond confirming their acceptance of the prize within 45 days of the notification date. Non-response from the prize winner will result in the prize being forfeit and another winner will be drawn randomly from the pool of entrants.
The prize winner will also be announced and published on the Midas Shoes website from Wednesday 26th September 2018 at 12pm AEST.
Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes) reserves the right to alter, extend, delete or change the promotion without notice.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes) reserves the right (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
All entries will be the property of Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes). Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion or to communicate with entrants. Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes) is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage) by an entrant in relation to entering or participating in this Promotion or taking or using the prize offered except where that loss, damage or injury was caused by breach of these Terms by (Munro Footwear Group) Midas Shoes or the willful or negligent acts or omissions of Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes). To avoid any doubt, Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes) shall not be liable for loss caused by technical and mechanical malfunction which is outside the control of Munro Footwear Group (Midas Shoes).
