Minimums
See below for full terms. Competition opens to all residents of Australia. Competition opens 24/02/2014 at 12:01am AEDT and closes 31/05/2014 at 11:59pm AEDT. The winner will be drawn at 11:00am AEDT on 03/06/2014, at the Promoter?s Premises. Entrants must purchase a minimum of one bottle of wine online from the WineCloud website and will automatically go into the draw. Entrants will receive one entry for every bottle of wine purchased (Example: buy 12 bottles of wine and received 12 entries). Total prize pool is $860.00 and consists of one Vintec 35-bottle ?ALLECT? wine cellar (AL-V30SGE) valued at $860.00 AUD. The winners will be notified by email within two business of the draw and will be published at www.WineCloud.com.au The Promoter is WineCloud Massive Pty Ltd (ABN 55164867056) of 3, 242 Campbell Parade, Bondi, 2026, New South Wales, Australia. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
The Promoter is WineCloud Massive Pty Ltd (WineCloud) ABN 55164867056 of 3, 242 Campbell Parade, Bondi, 2026, New South Wales, Australia (?Promoter?).
Eligibility
Entry is only open to Australian residents who have fulfilled the requirements set out below.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, brother, sister, step brother, or step sister.
How To Enter
Entrants may enter this competition between 12.01am AEDT on 24/02/2014 and at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/05/2014 (?Promotional Period").
Entrants will be automatically entered upon purchase of a bottle of wine via the WineCloud website (at www.WineCloud.com.au), during the Promotional Period. Entrants who cancel, refund or return the wine purchase used to meet this entry requirement will not be entitled to any prize and if they are awarded a prize must return it to the Promoter.
Entries must provide all requested contact details, including a valid email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Entrants may opt out of the competition at any time by contacting the Promoter via email at info@WineCloud.com.au. Entrants will receive one entry for every bottle of wine purchased.
Prizes For each draw, one Major Prize will be drawn.
Each Major Prize winner will receive one Vintec 35-bottle ?ALLECT? wine cellar (AL-V30SGE) to the value of $860 AUD. The total prize value (for the 1 winner) is $860 as of 10/02/2014.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
There will be a total of one winner.
Total prize pool is valued at up to $860.00 (including GST) as of 10/02/2014.
Draws
The winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn at the Promoter?s Premises.
The draw will take place on Tuesday 03/06/2014. The draw will be conducted at the Promoter?s Premises. There will be one winner.
The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner will also be published online at www.WineCloud.com.au.
Prizes will be sent within 28 days of the draw.
The Promoter may conduct a further draw on 03/09/2014 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. Winners of any further draws will be notified by mail within two business days of the draw.
