Eligible Entrants can complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period by:
(a) Collecting a Promotion Entry Form from the Participating Outlet where the Qualifying Purchase was made (Promotion Entry Form);

(c) Attaching a photocopy of their purchase receipt relating to the Qualifying Purchase; and
