Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide Personal Information about themselves. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion opens for purchases on 27/04/2016 and closes for purchases at close of business on 7/06/2016 ("Purchase Period"). Entries open at 9:00am AEST on 27/04/2016 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 7/06/2016 ("Entry Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, entrants must purchase an Eligible Product (defined below) from a participating Woolworths store during the Purchase Period ("Qualifying Purchase").
Entrants must then complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
visit www.schickstateoforigin.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page;
input all of the requested details (including their full name, a valid email address, their residential address, phone number and the full barcode number of the Eligible Product purchased),
input the receipt number from their Woolworths store receipt,
submit the fully completed entry form.
Only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Product purchased. Multiple entries are permitted, however a maximum of ten (10) entries per household/ email address are permitted during the promotional period. Each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt and their original Eligible Product barcode as proof of purchase. An entrant may be required to provide Proof of Purchase to the Promoter for all entries made. If an Entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all entries made within the required timeframes, then all the entries of that Entrant may be ineligible and deemed invalid. Store Receipt(s) must be intact, must clearly display details of the product purchase and must indicate that the Eligible Purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to Entry.

The total prize pool value is AUD$49,590.00RRP. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
