WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible to enter you must:
reside in Australia and who holds Australian citizenship or holds an Australian permanent residency visa; and
be over 18 years of age.
Employees of the Promoter (a related body corporate), their immediate families and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. Employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) (“Related Body Corporate”) or immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin is not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
The competition period commences at 9:00am AEDT on 1 March 2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 20th March 2022 (“Competition Period”).
To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your full name, mobile number, email address, postcode, the name of the NBL team you support, and accept these Terms and Conditions where required on the competition landing page at https://mg.partnership-hub.com/nbl-vip-experience during the Competition Period.
The competition will be advertised on the MG Motor Australia website, MG Motor Australia Facebook page, MG Motor Australia Instagram, NBL website, and will include a link or instructions to the competition landing page.
No late entries will be accepted.
A limit of one entry to the competition per person applies. Entrants must only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software is prohibited and may render the entries submitted by that individual or user invalid.
POST-ENTRY SURVEY
Immediately post-entry, the entrant may choose to complete an additional survey for an additional ten (10) bonus entries. Upon successful completion of the survey, the entrant will receive a further then (10) entries in the promotion for a total of eleven (11) entries.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
1 (one) major winner will be selected by one (1) random draw which will take place at:
10:00 AM AEST on 23rd March 2022
at Greenroom Digital, 343 Ferrars Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3205.
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of the draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.This is a game of chance.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
If the winner does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, cannot be contacted or does not respond within 1 week of being notified by Greenroom Digital that they have won the competition and reasonable efforts have been made by Greenroom Digital to identify the winner was unsuccessful, the winner will automatically forfeit the prize and Greenroom Digital reserves the right to select another winner or winners through a second chance draw.
As the prize is for an event, if necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 23 June 2022, at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry or entries drawn will win any unclaimed prizes.The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.
The winner will be published on the website https://mg.partnership-hub.com/nbl-vip-experience 24th June 2022.
This process will continue until a valid winning entry is dawn.
PROMOTION AND MARKETING
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
By entering the competition, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as the Promoter may require without remuneration.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings, and images (“Content”). The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant licenses and grants the Promoter and the Promoter’s affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for a reasonable period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter in connection with the promotion.
Except or any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
taking of the prize/attendance at the prize event.
The Promoter and the NBL may collect the personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to other third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in their Privacy Policies available at https://mgmotor.com.au/privacy/ and https://nbl.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.
In addition to any use that may be outlined in the privacy policies identified above, The Promoter and the NBL may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The privacy policy also contain information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter and the NBL. MG Motor Australia and the NBL may disclose Australian entrant's PI to any entity outside of Australia in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
PRIZE
One (1) major prize of two (2) corporate seats at a NBL regular season game during the month of May 2021 valued at AUD $400. NBL reserves the right to nominate the regular season game and location of such corporate seats (in its sole discretion) however it will use best endeavours to accommodate a game of the winner’s choosing.
One (1) NBL customized jersey (of the winner’s team of choice) valued at AUD $99.95;
MG HS +EV to drive for duration of weekend valued at AUD $500; (if winner is under 25 years of age, they will be subject to an additional excess to their loan agreement). The winner must provide the Promoter with all documentation as required by the Promoter before the commencement of the rental period.
Two (2) flights from the winner’s nearest capital city and minimum 4-star accommodation in the capital city where the game will be played valued up to AUD $2,000.00. Such flights to be arranged by the Promoter in its sole discretion, however it will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate the winner’s suitability and preference.
Total prize pool at AUD $2,999.95 incl GST at the publishing date of these terms and conditions.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
If the prizes are not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winners agree in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winners do not agree despite reasonable attempts by the Promoter to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by the Promoter to be of equal or higher value.
The corporate ticket element of the prize is subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
Should the NBL 2021/2022 season not continue at the conclusion of this competition or NBL games for the 2021/2022 season are not played in a state, the NBL may, in their sole discretion award the two (2) corporate tickets for a game as part of the NBL 2022/2023 season.
STANDARD TERMS
Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully.If you enter the competition, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
If the competition is not capable of running as planned to include by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries, to the extent permitted by law.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries that are delayed or which are not received for any reason during the competition period.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the conduct of the competition or the redemption or use of the prize (including but not limited to direct loss) including:
technical or telecommunications problems (such as security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches); or
acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the Promoter’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this competition who are acting outside their authority as agent of the Promoter.
The Promoter and entrants acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings, including fringe benefits tax andaccepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any additional costs involved are at the winner’s expense.
