Entry is open to VIC residents, 18 years of age or over. Employees & the immediate families of Australian Venue Co, are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotional period is from Thursday 29th November 2018 to Monday 10th December 2018 inclusive.
PARTICIPATION
To enter, complete all required fields on the online entry form located at www.trinketbar.com.au/win by 9am Monday 10th December 2018.
THE PRIZE
There is 1 x prize: 2x ticket for the New Year’s Eve Parlour Package at Trinket, including:
* 4 hour beverage package for 2x people
* roving canapes for 2x people
* overnight stay at Stamford Plaza Melbourne on Monday 31st December
The prize winner will be announced via email by no later than Monday 10th December 2018 and winner will be notified how to claim the prize. Prize must be redeemed at Trinket on Monday 31st December 2018 otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
CONDITIONS
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to claim the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person, exchangeable for other goods and services, or redeemable for cash.
If the prize cannot be provided for any reason, Trinket reserves the right to provide an alternative prize to the same value and nature, subject to approval by the relevant state authorities.
Trinket is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Trinket reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Trinket’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner consents to Trinket using their name in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Trinket.
