HOW TO ENTER3.1 The competition commences on Monday 6 May 2019 at 5.30am (AEST) and concludes on Friday 17 May 2019at 11.59pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:a) Log onto the competition page on the Sunrise website (sunrise.com.au) and register their full name,age, address (including state and postcode), email address and phone number;b) In a short video using Jonas Brothers’ song, ‘Sucker’, show us why you’re their biggest Aussie fan.Then upload their video entry URL (from YouTube, Twitter or Vimeo) to the Jonas Brotherscompetition page on Sunrise website.3.3 Entries must be received by Friday 17 May at 12.00pm (AEST).3.4 Entries must include a minimum twenty (20) seconds of the song, ‘Sucker’ by the Jonas Brothers within theirvideo entry.3.5 Entries are limited to one entry per person per email address. Multiple entries will not be accepted.3.6 The entry must be:(a) the original independent creation of the entrant; and(b) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.3.7 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The winners agreeto grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide andthe winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
