By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. Details Eligible Entrants Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Entrants must be a Registered Cardholder of the Woolworths Rewards Program to enter. “Registered Cardholder?” means a holder of a Woolworths Rewards card issued by the Promoter. Temporary Card holder Prize Details There is a total of one (1) major prize and fifty (50) minor prizes to be given away. The minor prize winners will receive a pair of A-reserve tickets in either NSW, QLD, VIC or SA. The minor prize winners are able to select which state they would like to preview the event from. The dates will be pre-selected by the promoter. Total prize value = $12,000 * Please note retail prices vary and the listed values are based on quotes provided on the 26/02/2018. The ‘Money Can’t Buy opportunity to meet and have a photograph with the cast has no monetary value. Hotel accommodation is based on 2 people sharing 1 room. The winner and their (1) guest MUST be available to travel for the event on 04/05/2018 Their flights must allow them to be in Melbourne on or before the 04/05/2018. All prize values are correct as at 26/02/2018 and are in Australian Dollars, but to the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the value of the prize after that time. Prize Limitations The major prize must be redeemed to coincide with the event experience for Priscilla Queen of The Desert in Melbourne on 04/05/2018. ?The event dates for the minor prize winners will be pre-selected by the promoter. If the major prize winner is not able to travel during this period then the prize will be forfeited and the runner up will be contacted. This process will continue until a winner that can attend is found. No runners up will be contacted for the minor prize events. If production is terminated any benefits to be provided by Producer (Michael Cassel Group) under this Agreement will be cancelled as of the date of termination unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The prize has no cash alternative, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize winner(s) must be contactable between the 23/04/2018 and 26/04/2018 and must respond to social@woolworthsrewards.com.au to commence arranging their prize. The winner must be over 18 years of age. A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals. This is mandatory. The major prize winner and their (1) guest agree to be filmed on the day of the event. Flight tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different travel time periods. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companions. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the winner and their travelling companions. Prize Delivery For this competition, Woolworths Rewards prize fulfilment partner is Michael Cassel Group. Michael Cassel Group will be the key contact after the major and minor prize winner(s) have been selected and notified. For the minor prize winners tickets will be collected from the venue box office on the night to ensure that no tickets get lost in the mail. The prize or its value cannot be redeemed or exchanged. Notification of Winners The major prize winner will be notified via email from social@woolworthsrewards.com.au on 23/04/2018. If there is a no response from the winner within 2 days via email, they will be called three times within a 2 day period. If there is no response, the runner up will be contacted via email by social@woolworthsrewards.com.au on 27/04/2018. ?The contact details will be those that are supplied to us via the Wyng click through App. The fulfilment of the prize will then be managed by Michael Cassel Group.
