WHO CAN ENTER?
An Entrant is eligible to wina Prize if they: a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and b) are over the age of 18; and c) are not employees of: i. the Promoter, Optus, orTelstra; ii. the Supplier; iii. any corporations oragencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above; or iv. any of the Relevant Parties;or d) a spouse, de facto spouse,parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of aperson who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph (c) above. Entry to the Promotion commences on the Commencement Date and closes on theClosing Date. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: a) “Closing Date” means 15:00hrson Friday, December 11, 2015. b) “Commencement Date” means 10:00hrson Monday November 30, 2015. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: goto the Facebook Page; and become a fan of theFacebook page; and complete the Foxtel Movies quiz; and d) completeall of the required data entry fields on the entry form; and e) explainin 3 words, ‘’What is your Festival type?’’ (the “EntryQuestion”) PRIZE: The Prize consists of one(1) trip for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest (total of two (2) adults, aged over 18 years) to the 2015Falls Music and Arts Festival, valued at a maximum of $5,861.80 (value subjectto change depending on dates and departure location) and includes: Return economyflights for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest from the Winner’s nearestcapital city in Australia to the Gold Coast Airport, except if the winnerresides in NSW, valued at a maximum of $3,000.00; and Four (4) nights’accommodation for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest at The Falls Music andArts Festival Flash Camp, located on site, valued at a maximum of $600.00 and One (1) VIPadmission pass for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest to The Falls Music andArts Festival to be held on 31 December 2015 – 3January 2016 at North ByronParklands, 126 Tweed Valley Way, Yelgun NSW2483, Australia, valued at a maximum of $871.80;and Return transfersfor the Prize Winner and one (1) guest from the Gold Coast airport, to NorthByron Parklands, 126 Tweed ValleyWay, Yelgun NSW 2483, Australia, valued at a maximum of $390.00; and $1000.00 spendingmoney.
