WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents who, if drawn as a winner, can take the relevant prize(s) on the terms outlined in this document (“ELIGIBLE ENTRANT”). Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoters to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion. Failure of an Eligible Entrant’s parent/guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release/agreement under this clause will invalidate all of that Eligible Entrant’s entries.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must purchase at least one (1) SUBWAY® sub, flatbread, wrap or salad, and at least one (1) Coca-Cola branded beverage, together in a single transaction, from any SUBWAY® restaurant nationally during the Promotion Period and retain their purchase receipt (“QUALIFYING PURCHASE”). For the avoidance of any doubt, the following Coca-Cola branded beverages are qualifying beverages; any ‘Coca-Cola’; any ‘Diet Coca-Cola’; any ‘Coca-Cola Zero’; any ‘Sprite’; any ‘Fanta’; any ‘Lift’; any ‘Deep Spring’ Mineral Water variety; any ‘Mother’ variety; any ‘Mount Franklin’ variety; any ‘Mount Franklin’ Lightly Sparkling variety; any ‘Pump’ variety; any ‘Pumped’ variety; any ‘Glaceau’ Vitamin Water variety; any ‘Powerade’ variety; any ‘Goulburn Valley’ Juice variety; any Grinders Coffee variety; any Fruit Box variety; and any ‘Barista Bros’ variety, in any size or serving option.
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must then, during the Promotion Period, visit www.subway.com.au/summer and:
Existing Subway Eat Fresh® Club members must login, using their log in details, and then;
(i) Indicate what SUBWAY® restaurant the Qualifying Purchase was made at;
(ii) Indicate the date and time of Qualifying Purchase as per their purchase receipt;
(iii) If they wish, upload a scanned, photocopied or photographed copy of their purchase receipt (Uploaded files must be submitted in JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF format, and must not exceed 5MB). For the removal of doubt, all Eligible Entrants must retain their original purchase receipts (regardless of whether they upload a copy or not), in accordance with clause 9;
(iv) Select the type of Daily Draw (defined below) that they would like to be entered into (from the three (3) Daily Draw options listed, being either the Daily Draw for the DHD Black Diamond Surfboard signed by Laura Enever prize, or the JS Industries Black Box2 Surfboard signed by Joel Parkinson prize or the GoPro HERO4 SILVER / Surf camera prize); and
(v) Accept these Terms and Conditions.
Non Subway Eat Fresh® Club members must complete the online entry form and include;
(i) all personal details required, including their name, contact
telephone number and email address;
(ii) Indicate what SUBWAY® restaurant the Qualifying Purchase was made at;
(iii) Indicate the date and time of purchase as per their purchase receipt;
(iv) If they wish, upload a scanned, photocopied or photographed copy of their purchase receipt and upload it to the entry form (Uploaded files must be submitted in JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF format, and must not exceed 5MB). For the removal of doubt, all Eligible Entrants must retain their original purchase receipts (regardless of whether they upload a copy or not), in accordance with clause 9;
(v) Select the type of Daily Draw (defined below) that they would like to be entered into (from the three (3) Daily Draw options listed, being either the Daily Draw for the DHD Black Diamond Surfboard signed by Laura Enever prize, or the JS Industries Black Box2 Surfboard signed by Joel Parkinson prize or the GoPro HERO4 SILVER / Surf camera prize); and
(vi) Accept these Terms and Conditions.
While Non Subway Eat Fresh® Club members will have the option to join the Subway Eat Fresh® Club as part of the entry form, this is not a condition of entry and will not affect the probability of winning. However, if an Eligible Entrant is drawn as the Major Prize winner, he/she will only be eligible to win the Bonus Prize (defined below in clause 23) if they are a member of Subway Eat Fresh® Club.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn, from all valid entries received, will win the major prize. The major prize is a trip for two (2) people to Oahu, Hawaii, USA for a major international surfing event (to be held in December 2015 – exact dates will be advised to the winner at the time of winner notification) valued at up to AU$12,000 depending on date and point of departure (“MAJOR PRIZE”): The Major Prize includes:
a. Return economy class airfares for the winner and one (1) guest from winner’s nearest Australian capital city to the Honolulu International Airport, USA;
b. All airline and airport taxes;
c. Return private transfers from airport to accommodation in Oahu, Hawaii for the winner and one (1) guest;
d. Five (5) nights 4 star accommodation at Turtle Bay Resort, Oahu (or equivalent accommodation, subject to availability) in an twin share room;
e. One (1) day entry to the Billabong House located at 59-389 Ke Nui Road, Haleiwa, Hawaii (entry to the Billabong House will be at the Major Prize winner’s and his/her companion’s own risk, with the exact date to be determined by Billabong in its absolute discretion) for the Major Prize winner and his/her companion which includes:
i. lunch and drinks (for the avoidance of doubt, accommodation at the Billabong House is not a component of the Major Prize, and Major Prize winner and his/her companion must comply with any and all directions given to them by GSM (Operations) Pty Ltd or any of its authorised representatives, whilst the Major Prize winner and this/her companion are in the Billabong House); and
ii. A Meet and Greet for the Major Prize winner and his/her companion with Joel Parkinson and Laura Enever, or an alternative Billabong sponsored surfer personality (with the exact personality to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
f. Return private transfers from accommodation to the Billabong House at the major international surfing event for the Major Prize winner and his/her companion, for one (1) day; and
g. A Billabong prize pack for the Major Prize winner only, including Billabong items selected by the Promoters in their sole discretion, to the value of AU$1,000.
