The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or above who are Australian residents and have a valid HelloFresh account during the promotional period. Employees of HelloFresh and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The competition closes on 28 February 2025 at 3 p.m. AEDT.

To enter the competition, participants must place at least one order through the HelloFresh website or app during the promotional period, which runs from 1 December 2024 to 28 February 2025. Each order counts as one entry, and there are no entry fees.

The prize includes a VIP weekend experience at Australia Zoo for four people (2 adults, 2 children), valued at AUD $40,000. The prize includes: - A 2-night stay at the Crocodile Hunter Lodge, with breakfast included. - Flights and transfers to Australia Zoo. - An exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital with Robert Irwin (on 15th March 2025). - A 5-hour Platinum Zoo tour with animal encounters. - VIP seating in the Crocoseum for the Wildlife Warrior Show. - A signed Robert Irwin Photography Book. - $1,000 spending money. The prize must be redeemed on the weekend of 14th-16th March 2025, but if the winner is unavailable, the remainder of the prize can be redeemed within 6 months without Robert Irwin's appearance. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $40,000.
