PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will commence on 19/01/2015 and will continue until 6.00pm AEDST on 31/03/2015 (“Promotion Period”).

WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to Australian residents who:
a. are 18 years of age or over; and
b. are current Bunning’s commercial account holders, either PowerPass Cash, Credit or 30-day credit customers and are within applicable credit terms & conditions
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, authorised representatives (aged 18 years or over) must register their Eligible Business for the Promotion during the Promotion Period by visiting bunnings.com.au/amarok, following the prompts to the registration page, inputting the requested details including Bunnings PowerPass account number, full name, company name, valid email address, mobile number, agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit the fully completed registration form. To enter, authorised representatives of the eligible business must then, during the Promotion Period, spend a minimum of $150 in any Bunnings store, in a single transaction using the Bunnings PowerPass.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
a. only one (1) initial entry per registration;
b. only one (1) registration permitted per Eligible Business;
c. only one (1) entry permitted per $150 spent in accordance with clause 6 above . This equates to two (2) entries if $300 is spent;
d. a maximum of fifty (50) entries per Eligible Business is permitted
PRIZE:
The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the major prize of one (1) x Volkswagen Amarok Dark Label Automatic, Model 2HBB3AD/15, 4x4 wheel drive with 4 cylinder Biturbo engine. Metallic paint plus all dealer charges and on road costs, such as registration, compulsory third party insurance and stamp duty are included. Comprehensive insurance will NOT be included. The total value of prize is $65,140 including GST. All optional extras and accessories, insurance, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded. Subject to clause 15, the prize taker must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the prize taker prior to collection. Receipt of the prize is subject to the prize taker being able to lawfully take possession of the prize and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the State/Territory in the State/Territory the prize taker elects to register the prize. The prize taker may collect the prize from their nearest Volkswagen dealership nominated by the Promoter in agreement with the prize taker.
