Win a Weber Q2000 BBQ! - TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The following rules apply to participation in Spudshed 'Fathers Day Weber Q' competition, promoted on the Spudshed Facebook page and Instagram account. 2. By submitting your entry and by entering the competition you agree to these rules. 3. To enter: No purchase necessary. Internet access and a Facebook or Instagram account is required to participate. Like on a the Fathers Day Weber Q post, posted by Spudshed on Facebook or Instagram, and comment with your Dad’s best dish to go in the draw to win. All content must be family friendly and must not be offensive in any way. Whether content is deemed to be offensive shall be at the absolute discretion of Spudshed and will be removed. All correctly completed entries will be automatically entered into the competition. Entry made via a third party (including by use of an automated service) is not permitted. An entry sent in this way will not be valid. Spudshed reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion. The contest is open to all Western Australian residents with the exception of Spudshed employees. One entry per Facebook and/or Instagram account. 4. Spudshed shall moderate all content supplied and reserves the right at its absolute discretion not to post any content on the Facebook page or at its absolute discretion to remove any content from the Facebook page at any time. 5. Promotion period runs from Friday 3pm, 26th August 2016 to 8am, Friday 9am 2nd September 2016. All entries must be received within this time. 6. Prize: There will be 1 winner, who will receive the Weber Q 2000 BBQ LPG. The prize is to be collected at a Spudshed store nominated by the winner.  7. Winner selection and notification of winners: All completed entries will be included in the pool of entrants. The winner will be selected at random by an online random name selection tool. The winner will be announced on Facebook on Friday 2nd September by 12pm. The winners will need to contact Spudshed on Facebook by private message with a phone number that they can be contacted on to arrange collection of the prize. If the winner does not make contact by Monday 12th September 2016, the prize will be forfeited. All entrants must be contactable on the same social media account used for entry.  8. The prize is as described in these rules. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.  9. Spudshed reserves the right to vary these rules at any time, or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond their reasonable control. 10. Spudshed accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition. 11. Spudshed reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition. Any photo posted as an entry may be used by Spudshed for competition purposes. 12. This competition is in no way associated with Facebook or Instagram.
