Eligibility
This Promotion is conducted and promoted by Rose-Hip Vital Pty Ltd.
To enter, you must have an Australian postal address.
Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are selected as a winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants can only enter the promotion once.
Rose-Hip Vital Pty Ltd employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
Entry to the Promotion commences at 9am on 30/11/2015 and closes at AEST 11:59 pm on 10/12/2015.
 
Prize Draw
The Judges will award the prizes in the promotion to the Participant/s who is responsible for the best text submissions based on creative merit.
Best text submissions are judged internally, and judging criteria is at the discretion of Rose-Hip Vital Pty Ltd.
The judging will begin on 11/12/2015 at 9am and conclude by 4pm 14/12/2015.
Winners will be announced on Facebook on the 14/12/2015 after 4pm and notified by email within seven days. Prizes will be mailed within 28 days of the winners being announced.
 
Inappropriate Content
Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered.
The Promoters retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
 
Rights
No purchase is necessary to participate.
The promoters hold no responsibility for any lost, deleted or damaged entries, or any technical errors.
The promoters may retain the entrant’s details and can be used by the promoter to communicate further promotions and competitions.
You will have the option to opt out of any further promotions.
