Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter.
Employees (and their immediate families) of GROW Super and other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotional periods as below:
Entries open 12:00am (AEST), Monday 12 November, 2018 and entries close 11.59pm (AEST) Monday 26 November, 2018.
Prize and Delivery of prize:

The adidas voucher, The Happy Gut, and Pana chocolate will be mailed to the winner’s Australian postal address.
GROW Super will facilitate the winner’s introduction to Finn Dorney to arrange the 60 minute investment and advice session. Please note, this session will cover general advice only - that is, the advice will not consider the person’s objectives, financial situation and needs
For the $500 voluntary contribution component, if the winner already has a GROW Super account, GROW Super will transfer the contribution to their GROW Super account as a voluntary contribution within fourteen (14) days of claiming the prize.
If the winner does not yet have a GROW Super account they have two (2) weeks from being named as the winner to successfully set up a GROW Super account. Once their account is set up, GROW Super will transfer $500 as a voluntary contribution to their account within fourteen (14) days. If the winner does not set up their account within two (2) weeks of claiming the prize then their prize is forfeited.
The winner’s GROW Super account will be subject to fees, market performance, and any insurance premiums as per the GROW Super PDS.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period, enter the competition in the following way:
a) Visit the unique entry page at www.growsuper.com/blog/wellness or enter the ‘Wellness Comp’ Facebook tab at www.facebook.com/growsuper.
b) Complete the compulsory name, email and question fields. Answer the following question in 25 words or less, ‘What's your #1 wellness tip?'
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
This is a game of skill and judged on 50% creativity, 25% written expression and 25% awarded for competition referrals.
The winner will be selected from valid entries at 12.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 27 November 2018.
Winners will be notified via email on Tuesday 27 November 2018. The winner will be required to respond via email by 9pm (AEST) Thursday 29 November 2018 in order to receive their prize.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
GROW Super will post the prize to the winner’s Australian address. GROW Super does not hold any responsibility for the condition or successful receipt of the prize.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
to disqualify any entrant; or
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
use of a prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and will not disclose such information to third parties, unless permitted to do so. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal information provided to GROW Super is maintained in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be viewed at growsuper.com.
All entries become the property of the Promoter who may wish to use photos, images and written words in marketing communications.
Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/terms.php.
