Terms & Conditions Competition Terms and Conditions: 1. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of Rusty and Busabout and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 2. The promotion will run throughout the campaign period from 4th March 2018 until 15th April 2018 at 23.59 EST. Rusty reserves the right to make changes to the competition opening and closing dates. Changes will be reflected in the terms and conditions. 3. No purchase necessary. 4. To enter, a user will need to visit au.rusty.com/win-a-wild-euro-trip and register with a valid email address. 5. Entrants may enter the competition multiple times as outlined in the "Ways to Enter" section of the competition entry form. 6. Prize consists of the following elements: • Round trip economy airfare for 2 people to a European capital city (dependant on the Busabout Tour selected) from the closet capital city to the prize winners residential address. Subject to availability and up to a maximum value of AUD 4,000. Flights will be booked through Rusty. • One Busabout Tour as chosen by the Winner. Details of tour options are outlined in the Busabout Prize Conditions below. 7. Flights must be booked and taken before 31st of December 2018. Flights are subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, exchangeable for cash or valid for use in conjunction with any other offer. 8. The winner will be drawn at random. Winner will be notified via email within two working days of the competition closing. 9. If the winner does not respond to the claim within 10 days, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will be reallocated to an alternative prize winner drawn at random. 10. The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be resold, redeemed for cash or any form of compensation. In the event, for any reason, of the prize winners not taking part of or any element of the prize within the time period stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited. 11. Entrants agree that the email address provided upon entry will be added to Rusty Australia's promotional marketing list. 12. The promoter is Busabout, HAGGiS & Shamrocker Adventures, ABN 18 002 525 340, 35 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction, NSW, 2022, Australia (“Promoter”) 2. One major prize to be awarded to one person for them and one other. Prize includes the option of choosing one of the following four trips: a. Accommodation is not included with Busabout Hop-on Hop-off Unlimited Passes 4. Once the winner has confirmed acceptance of their prize in a reply email, Rusty will notify the Promoter within 2 business days. Promoter will contact winner with instructions on how to claim prize. 5. Prize valid for travel in 2018 only. 6. All prize dates must be confirmed by prize winner and travel companion with promoter by 30th April 2018. 7. Please note prizing is subject to availability and if selected trip is not available at time of confirmation, the winner will be offered the choice from remaining available trips. 8. If the trip is not booked by the redemption period end date of 30th April 2018, the prize will be forfeited and no replacement prize will be given. 9. In the event that for any reason a prize winner does not book the whole part of a prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that part of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. Neither cash nor other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of the forfeited whole or part of the prize. 10. Prize winner and travel companion must be 18 years or over at time trip departs and must have at least six (6) months validity on passports 11. Any alterations to confirmed booking will be at the expense of the winner 12. The Busabout prizes offered are subject to normal booking terms and conditions. All other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. Spending money, accommodation upgrades, add-ons, additional taxes, insurance, transfers, items of a personal nature, visas, inoculations, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs not mentioned in prize inclusions are not included. 14. Prizes are non-transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party, as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If a prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured. 15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. 16. The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
