What are the prize details for this competition?
Win a Winter Cycling Kit - ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to all residents of Australia, who have signed up to the promotion via
trekbikes.com/au/en during the period of April 22nd – June 30th, 2020. Employees of Trek or its affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’
families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
TO ENTER:
Visit http://www.trekbikes.com/au/en/win-a-winter-kit, and fill in the entry form. Entry constitutes full
and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Trek reserve the right to disqualify anyone
in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is eligible for the prize.
TIMING:
This competition runs from 8:00am EST on April 22nd, 2020. The closing date of this competition is
11:30pm EST on June 30th, 2020. Entrant details must be saved in the database system no later than the
closing date.
USE OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition could be used for future Trek
marketing activity.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winner (1) will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges on 30th
June, 2020. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm on the 30th of June, 2020.
REDRAW:
If the prize is not claimed by the initial winner by the 30th of September, 2020, a secondary winner (1)
will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges on 30th September,
2020 at 11:30am. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm on 30th September, 2020.
PRIZE:
The prize package incudes a Bontrager Specter WaveCel Cycling Helmet, Bontrager Flare RT Rear Bike
Light, Bontrager Ion 200 RT Front Bike Light, Bontrager Circuit Thermal Cycling Gloves, Bontrager Halo S2
Softshell Shoe Covers and a Bontrager Circuit Stormshell Cycling Jacket. The total value of the prize is
RRP $447.94. The prize can not be swapped for any other product or exchanged for cash value.
WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available
for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request only.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and
Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Trek’s decision shall be final.
